Stewed Apples

Ingredients:
- 4 Georgia apples, diced
- 2-4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2-1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and heat over medium low. Cook covered, stirring occasionally, until apples are just tender, 5-10 minutes.
