Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas

It’s not a question… Friday’s are for fajitas. Start your Fajita Friday tradition with this EASY Sheet Pan Fajita recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips
  • 3 bell peppers, sliced into strips
  • 1 onion, sliced thin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

For Seasoning:

  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • salt & pepper to taste

* 1 packet of store-bought taco seasoning will work here as well.

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Grease a non-stick sheet pan. In a separate bowl combine seasoning ingredients together and pour over chicken and vegetables. Toss everything well to coat evenly.

Arrange coated chicken and vegetables evenly on the pan. Spoon garlic on top and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat evenly one more time.

Bake for 15-20 minutes. Wrap flour tortillas in foil and place in the oven to warm during last 5 minutes.

Remove from oven. Squeeze fresh lime juice over top and sprinkle with cilantro. Serve with desired toppings!
