Blueberry Cobbler
Add the word “cobbler” and it’s automatically delicious, and this Blueberry Cobbler is no exception!!
Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. lemon zest
- 6 Tbsp. butter
For batter:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- ground cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 350—slice butter into pads and place in a 9×13 baking dish. Place the pan in the oven while it preheats. Once the butter is melted, remove the pan from the oven.
Add blueberries, sugar, and lemon zest to a bowl and stir gently to combine.
In a separate bowl, mix the batter ingredients. Stir in milk until just combined.
Pour blueberries over melted butter in the baking dish. Drizzle batter over the top and sprinkle with some ground cinnamon.
Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes, until lightly golden. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
