Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups leftover stuffing
- 4 cups leftover turkey
- 1 1/2 cups green beans
- 1 1/2 cups leftover gravy
- 3 cups leftover mashed potatoes
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- Cranberry sauce
Directions
Position a rack in the lower third of your oven. Preheat to 425.
Grease the bottom of your baking dish with butter. Crumble stuffing and pat to make an even crust on the bottom. Scatter your turkey and green beans over the stuffing layer and pour gravy over top.
Combine egg yolk and mashed potatoes in a bowl and mix until smooth. Spread the mixture over the turkey layer and sprinkle with cheese.
Cover with foil and bake until heated through about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until golden and crusty on top, 20 to 25 more minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
Add cranberry sauce and enjoy!
