Turkey Cranberry Sliders

Is your fridge full of Thanksgiving leftovers? Try this fun and easy recipe to use them up and feed your family for days to come!

Ingredients

  • 12 count Hawaiian rolls
  • 8 oz. leftover turkey
  • 8 oz. sliced Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.

Cut your rolls in half and place the bottom half in your dish. Add turkey in an even layer over the bottom buns then layer the cheese over the turkey.

Top cheese with cranberry sauce until covered. Place the top buns over the cranberry sauce.

In a small bowl, stir together melted butter, Dijon mustard, bagel seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar until well combined. Brush the top rolls with butter mixture and bake covered for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes.
