- Slice off the stem
Slice off the stem and place the pepper face-down on a cutting board. The bottom of the bell pepper should be facing up.
- Cut pepper into fours
Make four vertical slices where the natural indentations occur.
- Remove the pepper from the stem
Use your hands to open up the pepper, almost like a flower. After separating the four wedges, you’ll be left with the stem with all of the seeds attached for easy removal.
