Directions:
Wash peppers using a vegetable brush under running water
Remove the stem and cut peppers in half
Remove seeds and membrane. Cut into strips, dice, or slice depending on how you plan to use them later
Freeze peppers in a single layer on a cookie sheet
Once fully frozen, transfer to freezer bags and store
