How to Freeze Your Summer Sweet Corn

Set aside your Georgia sweet corn this season to enjoy ALL year long!

Instructions for On the Cob:

1. Remove all husk and silk from the corn.
2. Place corn in appropriately sized bags. Remove all excess air.
3. Label bags and place them in the freezer.

Instructions for Off the Cob:

1. Remove kernels from cob by standing the cob upright and cutting straight down across the base of the kernels.
2. Add kernels to bag noting the amount in each bag.
3. Place bags in freezer in single layers to allow corn to freeze evenly and completely.
