  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Directions

Trim fat off your steak and slice into very thin bite-sized pieces.

In a separate bowl, whisk together soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic, and red pepper flakes.

Add olive oil to a large skillet over high heat. Add broccoli and cook 4 to 5 minutes, tossing frequently. Transfer to a plate.

Add more olive oil to your skillet and add beef. Stir and flip until brown and cooked through. Add broccoli back into the pan and pour sauce over top. Toss until coated and sauce thickens. Serve!
