Blackberry Overnight Oats

A healthy, wholesome grab & go breakfast featuring Georgia blackberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 3 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh Blackberries
  • 1/3 cup crushed almonds or walnuts

Directions

In a medium bowl, mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.

Separately smash blackberries with a fork and stir in a splash of maple syrup.

Spoon the blackberries into the bottom of a jar or cup and top with oat mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Top with extra fresh berries, sliced banana, and crushed nuts!
