Bratwurst with Peppers & Onions

Not your average dog! 🌭 Fire up the Blackstone and make these bratwursts with peppers and onions!

Ingredients

  • 4 bratwurst links
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 sandwich rolls, split and toasted

Directions

Preheat outdoor grill to medium heat. Lightly oil the grilling surface.

Pierce bratwursts with a fork and set aside. Slice onions and peppers into thin slices and toss in olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Place sausages, onions, and peppers on the grill. Cook and turn the bratwurst until browned and juices are clear. Cook vegetables until tender and lightly charred.

To serve, place bratwurst in roll, add favorite condiments, and top with peppers and onions.
