Broccoli Chicken Alfredo
Ingredients
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. chicken breast, cubed
- 1 tsp. cajun seasoning
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 12 oz bag frozen broccoli
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain, rinse, and set aside. Add broccoli to a small pot with water and boil until thawed and tender.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Add chicken pieces, season with cajun seasoning, and cook until lightly browned and cooked through.
Add milk and cream cheese and stir until cream cheese is melted and smooth. Stir in pasta, broccoli, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
