Bruschetta Chicken

Ingredients
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 tsp. italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- fresh mozzarella, sliced
For Bruschetta:
- 3 tomatoes, diced
- ¼ cup basil leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper
- balsamic glaze
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Brush chicken breasts with olive oil.
Combine the spices in a small bowl and sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken. Rub into both sides. Bake chicken in a baking dish for 25 minutes.
Meanwhile, combine all bruschetta ingredients in a bowl. Slice the mozzarella and place on top of your chicken breasts for the last 5 minutes of cooking to melt.
Once chicken is done and cheese is melty, top with bruschetta and drizzle with balsamic glaze. Enjoy!
