Classic Coleslaw

What’s a cookout without a good coleslaw recipe, amiright?!?!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp. sugar (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 small head green cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 small head red/purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 3 large carrots, grated

Directions

In a large bowl, whisk mayo, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper to combine. Add cabbage and carrots and toss until fully coated.

Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for several hours to allow flavors to combine before serving.
