Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 1 lb. Brussels sprouts
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
Garlic Aioli Dipping Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and cut Brussels sprouts in half.
In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt with the sprouts. Toss to evenly coat.
Place parchment paper on your sheet pan and spray generously with cooking spray. Cover sheet pan with a layer of grated Parmesan. Place Brussels sprouts face down over the cheese layer, keeping them close together.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the bottom is golden and crisp and they are fork tender.
