Greek Chicken Bowls

Travel to Greece from the comfort of your kitchen with this Greek Chicken Bowl recipe. Bursting with bright flavor, fresh vegetables, crisp lettuce, and signature Tzatziki.

Ingredients

Bowl

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 ½ tsp. dried oregano
  • 1 ½ tsp. dried basil
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups halved cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cups chopped cucumber
  • 4 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup sliced red onion
  • ½ cup feta crumbles

Tzatziki

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated cucumber
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh chopped dill

Directions

Whisk together marinade for chicken. Add diced chicken to marinade and set aside. Make tzatziki and set aside. Prep all veggies and set aside.

Once chicken has marinated at least 30 minutes. Air fry at 400 for 10 to 12 minutes.

Assemble bowl with rice, veggies, chicken, and top with tzatziki.
