Kale & Cheddar Breakfast Egg Bites
Wake up and choose healthy!
Ingredients
- 5 eggs
- pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 cup ale, chopped
- 3 oz shredded cheddar
reserve some cheese to sprinkle on top before baking
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together until combined then spoon the mixture equally into a greased muffin tin.
Sprinkle extra cheese on top of each cup and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
