Peach Popsicles

Cool off this summer with these Peachy Popsicles! Five simple ingredients, five simple steps, eight delicious popsicles. 

Georgia-grown peaches are in season every summer from May through August. Be sure to check the COOL labels on your peaches to see where they were grown.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt 
  • 3 ripe, Georgia peaches, peeled and diced

Directions:

Combine buttermilk, honey, cream, salt and 1 1/2 cups of peaches in a blender or food processor until smooth, about 1 minute.

Chop remaining peaches and stir into buttermilk mixture. Divide into plastic molds, insert wooden sticks and cover with lids. Freeze about 6 to 8 hours.

For easy removal, run molds under hot water for a few seconds before opening lids.
