Pesto Chicken Spinach Artichoke Flatbread

Did someone say pizza night?! This recipe will have you canceling your Dominos delivery order ASAP.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 cup pesto
  • 1/2 cup grilled chicken strips (optional)
  • 4-5 artichoke hearts, halved
  • 5 oz fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cup feta crumbles
  • 1/8 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 Naan flatbread

Directions

Preheat oven to 400. Brush olive oil onto naan flatbread.

Spread pesto evenly over flatbread and cover with a thin layer of spinach. Layer chicken and artichoke, and top with more spinach, feta crumbles, and shredded parmesan.

Place flatbread directly on the oven rack and bake for 12 minutes. Remove flatbread onto a pizza stone, cutting board, or baking sheet. Slice and serve!
